I understand that every client is an individual and my approach to exercise prescription will always reflect that with a complete bespoke regime. An exercise prescription in many ways is similar to a medication prescription, if the components are all correct and administered in the right way then it will have the desired benefit, if the prescription is wrong then it not only will fail to be effective but potentially can be very damaging!
It is important to me that I work with my clients not only in the gym but outside it as well, by providing advice on unsupervised training sessions, nutrition and lifestyle, as well as providing support services should you need advice at any point I can ensure we reach your goals as efficiently as possible and make positive changes that mean you can maintain the new you.
I use a wide range of training techniques in my approach and am always trying to learn new interesting methods. By employing these techniques when relevant we can keep your interest high and keep challenging you in new ways.
