My name is Jack Harrison, welcome to my site. I am a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer based in Southampton.


I have been involved in sports and fitness as long as I can remember. When I was younger my main sport was gymnastics which I still compete in and coach to this day. During my time doing this I picked up a number of injuries and it was here I developed my interest in how the human body heals itself and the different methods used by practitioners in assisting the healing process.

I graduated from the University of Chichester with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy in 2008. Since then I have worked with members of the public and professional/elite athletes working to assist recovery and prevent injuries.

As a fully qualified Sports Therapist I have extensive knowledge of how best to treat and rehabilitate a huge array of injuries and conditions. I am a member of and insured by The Society of Sports Therapists. This means I am regulated and have to carry out further education each year in order to keep my regulation, so you know that you are being treated using current, up-to-date techniques.

After completing my degree I gained entry to the Register of Exercise Professionals as a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer. This along with working placements with professional football clubs AFC Bounemouth and Eastleigh FC has given me a fantastic background in exercise and nutrition.

I now have over four years of personal training experience, having trained people from all walks of life, in a variety of different conditions from professional athletes to older members of the public who want help coping with conditions such as osteoarthritis. Results have been excellent, and the best part of my job is seeing people achieve goals they maybe thought were not possible!

In my time outside of work I am sport mad; I trained and competed internationally in team gymnastics, have recently started parkour or 'free-running' and also enjoy a kick about with a football every now and then!
